• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of any employee or contractor of PKBet.

Registration requires a valid mobile number that can receive OTP verification messages, a unique email address, and a password. You may only hold one account on PKBet at any time. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided at PKBet's discretion.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your PKBet login credentials confidential. PKBet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKBet support immediately at support@pkbet-khelo.com and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Activity

Accounts inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. PKBet will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have a monthly administrative charge of Rs 500 deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member logging in.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your PKBet account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining cash balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are forfeited on account closure.

4. Deposits

PKBet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No third-party deposits are permitted — the payment source must be registered in your own name or verified as belonging to you.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rs 5,00,000 per day for standard accounts; higher limits are available on request for verified VIP members.
• Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are processed instantly in most cases.
• IBFT and card deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect, depending on your bank.
• PKBet does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

5. Withdrawals

PKBet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to accounts or wallets registered in the member's verified name.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rs 10,00,000 per day for standard accounts.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) typically complete within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• PKBet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard transactions.

PKBet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. Verification checks do not affect the member's underlying entitlement to withdraw their legitimate winnings — they are a security measure to protect both parties.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PKBet offers various promotional bonuses including the Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and the Refer a Friend reward. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all PKBet bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must generate Rs 10,000 in qualifying bet turnover before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

6.2 Qualifying Bets

Not all bets contribute equally to wagering requirements on PKBet. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Casino table games contribute 10–50% depending on the game. Jackpot slots contribute 100% unless noted otherwise in the specific promotion. Bets placed on void markets, drawn no-bets, or cashed-out selections do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All PKBet bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited unless the specific promotion page states a different validity period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are removed from your account automatically at the expiry time.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

PKBet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it detects that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, using automated software to generate bonus turnover, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions.

7. Betting Rules

PKBet offers sports betting across cricket, football, tennis, field hockey, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on PKBet.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 100.
• Maximum single bet: varies by market; the maximum is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are not accepted or are accepted at PKBet's discretion if placed after the event has started, unless the market is designated as an in-play/live betting market.
• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation on PKBet. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Accumulators of up to 20 legs are permitted on PKBet. Each leg must be from a different event. If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided (e.g. the match is abandoned), the accumulator is recalculated without that leg at odds of 1.00.
• PKBet reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse bets at its discretion, particularly where a bet is suspected to have been placed based on inside information or where a technical error produced incorrect odds.

8. Casino & Jackpot Slots

PKBet's casino section includes jackpot slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, Andar Bahar), and standard table games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information panel.

• PKBet reserves the right to void casino game results where a technical fault has materially affected the game outcome — for example, a server disconnection mid-spin on a jackpot slot. In such cases, the stake is returned to the member.
• For live casino games, the outcome of the current round when a disconnection occurs is determined by the actual game result at the table. PKBet is not liable for results missed due to a member's own internet connection issues.
• Progressive jackpot amounts shown on PKBet are updated in real time and are accurate as of the displayed timestamp. The jackpot amount at the time the winning combination is verified by the game engine is the amount paid — any difference from the displayed counter due to network latency is not a grounds for complaint.
• Casino game results are final once the game round is complete. PKBet does not adjust, reverse, or replay casino game outcomes except where a certified technical fault is confirmed by the game provider's audit log.

9. Bet Settlement

PKBet aims to settle all bets within 30 minutes of the relevant event concluding. Complex markets (e.g. player-specific statistics in cricket) may take up to 12 hours to settle while official data is confirmed. The following principles apply to settlement:

• PKBet uses official match data from recognised statistical providers and league bodies for settlement. This includes scorecards, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern revised targets in cricket, and verified final scores in football.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or not completing per the rules of the competition, markets are settled as void unless a specific "Abandon" or "No Result" market was open and the event qualifies under its stated conditions.
• If PKBet settles a bet incorrectly due to receiving wrong data, it reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time, including reclaiming winnings already credited. PKBet will notify affected members of any settlement corrections promptly.
• Members who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement notification by contacting PKBet support with the relevant bet reference number.

10. Responsible Gaming

PKBet takes its responsibility to promote safe gambling seriously. Every PKBet member has access to the following tools at no charge, activated immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to PKBet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play on PKBet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your PKBet account for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKBet and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the PKBet platform.
• Placing bets based on inside information not available to the general public (e.g. undisclosed team news, match-fixing arrangements).
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Operating more than one PKBet account individually or coordinating with others to split a single player's activity across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent PKBet's security systems, including exploiting technical errors in odds or game payouts.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds as part of a money laundering arrangement.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PKBet support staff or other members through any communication channel.

13. Limitation of Liability

PKBet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While PKBet takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data accuracy, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or connectivity issues beyond PKBet's reasonable control.
• Delays in market data, live score feeds, or odds updates caused by third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from a member's decision to bet based on their own analysis, predictions, or third-party tips.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to keep credentials secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKBet's total liability to any member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total net deposits made by that member to PKBet in the 30 days preceding the incident.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PKBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PKBet will notify registered members via email and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use PKBet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly shown. If you disagree with any change, you should cease using PKBet and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
